\huge \mathcal {\fcolorbox{red}{gray}{\green{A}\pink{N}\orange{S}\purple{W}\red{E}\blue{R}{!}}}

Area of square =a2

Area =(28*28)=784cm2

half of side of square =diameter of circle

diameter of one circle =14cm

radius =d/2=14/2=7cm

Area of one circle =22/7*r2

Area =22/7*(7*7)

Area =22/7*49

Area =22*7=154cm2

Area of 4 circles =4*154=616cm2

Area of remaining portion =784-616

Area of remaining portion 168cm²

Your answer is 168cm²
