a)it is not travelling in uniform motion because it crossed 20 meter in 4s and 20 m must be crossed in another 4s but it crossed in 2 s

b)speed = distance/time

=20/4 in first case =5m/s

20/2 in second case = 10m/s

the speed is different in second case extra 5m/s
