Given : Base Area = 640cm^2 , Volume = 12800cm^3

1): Volume of cuboid = L×B×H

12800cm^3 = 640 × H

Height. = 12800/640

Height = 20cm

2): No of Small Cube = Volume of cuboid / Volume of cube

No of Small Cube. = (640 × 20) /( 4×4×4)

No of small cube. = 12800/64

No of small cube. = 200 small cubes

Now, Answer of 1st = 20cm

And Answer of 2nd = 200 small cubes
