conversion in cm=1m=100cm
5m=5×100
= 500 cm
5m+20cm=500+20=520cm
breadth of the carpet=3m20cm
conversion in cm=1m=100cm
=3m=3×100
=300cm
3m20cm=300+20=320cm
perimeter of the carpet=2(l+b)
=2(520+320)
=2×840
=1680 cm
the lace needed = 1680 cm
