length of the carpet=6m 20cm

breadth of the carpet=4m 40 cm

so, to cover the boundary we need to find the perimeter

perimeter/length=2x(l+b)

=2x(620cm+440cm)

=2x1060

=2120cm

100cm=1m

2120cm=2120-100=21.2m

cost of Im=15rupees

so, cost of 21.2m=21.2x15

=rupees 318 is the cost of 21.2 m
