Answer :

Given:

  • Dimensions of carpet = (6 × 4.5)
  • Cost of 1 m² carpet = ₹45

Area of Carpet = Length × Breadth

\implies Area = 6 × 4.5

\implies Area = 27m²

Hence:

Area of carpet = 27m².

Now:

Cost of 1m² carpet = ₹45

\implies Cost of 27m² Carpet = ₹ ( 45 × 27 )

\implies Cost of 27m² Carpet = ₹ 1215

Hence:

Cost of the carpet is ₹ 1215.

Answer:

Given:

Dimensions of carpet = (6 × 4.5)

Cost of 1 m² carpet = ₹45

Area of Carpet = Length × Breadth

\implies⟹ Area = 6 × 4.5

\implies⟹ Area = 27m²

Hence:

Area of carpet = 27m².

Now:

Cost of 1m² carpet = ₹45

\implies⟹ Cost of 27m² Carpet = ₹ ( 45 × 27 )

\implies⟹ Cost of 27m² Carpet = ₹ 1215

Hence:

Cost of the carpet is ₹ 1215.
