pi = 3.14

4.5 km = 4500 m

circumference = 2(pi)r

1500(2(pi)(r)) = 4500 m

3000(3.14)r = 4500

r = 4500/[(3000)(3.14)]

r = 0.47771 m

(0.47771 m)(100 cm/m) = 47.771 cm
