Hey friend!
A cell is known as the building unit of an organ as all organs are primarily made of cells. Together many cells form a tissue. And many tissues together form an organ. So basically the base of the organ is a cell.

Without cell there is no life to the organ. There are number of cells present in our body. We have 2 types if cells they are : RBC & WBC.
The cells are called as structural and functional units of a living body. Cells are structural unit as they form the structure of theorganism.
