Every cell is connected with each other and one cell transfers the extra substances to another cell when we drink water the minerals in water mixes with the muscle cells and that extra minereals are transported to another cell. by these catch cell will get sufficient minerals and they function.

it is reached inside by plasma membrane it is also called selectively permeable membrane which select better things and send I to cell and put out the non usable things or materials.
