Release of proteins and other useful substance from cells is referred to as cell secretion.
Cell secretion is what amounts to production of useful compounds such as hormones. mucus and sweat.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In cells that carry out huge amounts of secretion, like the glandular cells producing hormones (proteins), the organelles found in large amounts are the rough endoplasmic reticulumn and the golgi apparatus.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The rough endoplasmic reticulmn have ribosomes which are the organelles that carry out protein synthesis. (Hence many of these organelles exist where there is need of protein production like in secretory cells.)

The golgi apparatus, on the other hand, receive the proteins from the RER to pack, modify and transport the proteins. The proteins are transported by the golgi apparatus to either outside the cell  (process of secretion) or to lysosomes within the cell for destruction.

The golgi bodies are thus found in large numbers in such secretory cells, such as those that release proteins and lipids.
