 A cement company earns a profit of ₹ 6 per bag of white cement sold and a loss of ₹ 4 per bag of grey cement sold, What is the number of grey cement bags it must sell to have neither profit nor loss, if the number of white cement bags sold is 2,400 bags.​

here we can see that white c earns 6rs profit and grey cement loses 4rs . basically 4 × 1.5 is 6. so we can

just go ahead and find the no that makes up the ratio as 1.5x and 1x

so 2400 has a no which can come here as 3x and 2x

which comes 5x now divide 2400 by 5. which comes 480

now multiply 480 × 3 which comes 1440 cement bags of grey cement and 960 cement bags for white cement

to neither have profit nor loss
