Step-by-step explanation:

(i) The company sells 7000 bags of white cement

=7000×9=63000

The company sells 6000 bags of grey cement

=6000×5=30000

●63000-30000=33000 Profit

(ii) The number of grey bags sold is 5400

5400×5=27000 loss

To have neither profit nor loss, the company must sell a profit of 27000

■Lets take the white cement bags to sell as x.

27000=9×(x)

27000÷9=x

x=3000

■ The company must sell 3000 whits bags to have neither profit nor loss.
