A centrifugal pump of 1.2 m diameter delivers 2000 litres of water per second against a head of 6
metres at 200 rpm. The vanes are curved back at an angle of 26° to the tangent at outlet and velocity
of now is constant at 2-4 m/s. Find the manometric efficiency and power required to operate the pump
