Answer:

Given :

☞ Selling price ( SP ) = Rs. 15 per packet.

☞ Cost price ( CP ) = Rs. 144 a dozen.

According to the question :

SP = 1 packet Rs. 15

☞ 1 dozen = 12 packets

=> 12 × 15

=> Rs. 180.

CP = 1 dozen Rs. 144.

☞ So, It's profit.

Profit :

☞ SP - CP

=> 180 - 144

=> Rs. 36.

Profit percentage :

☞ Profit / CP × 100

=> 36 / 144 × 100

=> 25 %

Therefore it's 25 % profit.
