Answer: q = Q/2

Explanation:

you just need to diiferentiate the electrostatic force between q and Q-q, with respect to q and make that equation = 0.

F = K.q.(Q-q)/r.r

now differntiate F with respect and put it = 0.

now we get q =Q/2
