work done by all Forces = ∆KE

W = ∆KE

W = 1/2m (Vf^2 - vi^2)

w = 1/2 × 10 (25-4)

W = 105Joule

to calculate a we need time in which the velocity changed from 3 to 5

if you mean 1 second then..!

a will be 3m/s²

F = 10 × 3 = 30N

w = f × d

to calculate displacement

s = ut + 1/2at²

s= 3×1 + 1/2×3×1²

s= 4.5m

w = 30 × 4.5

w = 135 J
