Initial Temperature = 40°C

Rate of cooling = 5°C / hour

Time = 10 hours

Temperature reduced = Rate of cooling * Time

= 5 * 10

= 50° C

∴Final Temperature = 40 - 50 = - 10° C

Answer:

In one hour temperature less 5 Celsius .In 10 hour it less 10X5 =50 Celsius. 40 +(-50) =-10 Celsius
