Rate is 4 degree C per hour

so in 12 hours

12*4 = 48 degrees will be reduced

So 38-48 = -10°C is the answer.

Temperature getting lowered at the rate = 4°

Temperature decreased in one HR=38°

Temperature after 12 hrs= 38-(4×12)=38-48=(-10)°
