Initial Temperature = 40°C

Rate of cooling = 5°C / hour

Time = 10 hours

Temperature reduced = Rate of cooling * Time

                                  = 5 * 10

                                  = 50° C

∴Final Temperature = 40 - 50 = - 10° C
