Originally let there be x men.
men, days are in Indirect Proportion
Therefore, (x-10) : x :: 100 :110
=> (x - 10) * 110 = x * 100 => x= 110

let total men is m
then total work = total men*total days
m*100.....eq1
now
men = m-10
and days =100+10=110
total work=(m-10)*110.......eq2
eq1=eq2
m*100=(m-10)*110
100m=110m-1100
10m=1100
m=110
originally 110 men
then total work = total men*total days
m*100.....eq1
now
men = m-10
and days =100+10=110
total work=(m-10)*110.......eq2
eq1=eq2
m*100=(m-10)*110
100m=110m-1100
10m=1100
m=110
originally 110 men
