a certain number is multiplied by 3 and 3 is added to the product . if sum be divided by 15 ,the quotient is 2 more than 3 . find the number .

Answer:

(Xx3+3)/15=5

(3x+3)/15=5

3x+3=75

3x = 72

x = 72/3 = 24 Ans
