Solution:
let say p = 5k
and q = 4k
N = 5k.a + 1 => N - 1 = 5ka
N = 4k.b + 1 => N - 1 = 4kb
5ka = 4kb
= 20c
=> N - 1 = 20c
=> N = 20c + 1
value of N is of form 20c + 1
