(x+y)(y-5)

y^2+5x+yx-5y

=》y^2+x+xy=5y/5=1y

=y^2+x+x=1y/y=1

=y+2x=root1

y+x=1/2

y=1/2-x

(1/2-x-5)=4.5-x=0

x=4.5

x+y=4.5+0.5=5 Then the total number=5
