Answer:

mass : 2kg and weight : 10N

Explanation:

Hello Dear

we know that

Value of g will maximum on the surface of earth = 10m/s²

&

Weight (or Force ) = mass × acceleration

Given,

weight of body at surface of earth ( i.e. g = 10m/s²) = 20 N

here,

mass of body = (weight of body) / (acceleration due to gravity)

=> mass = 20/10 = 2kg

Now,

weight of body at (g = 5m/s²)

= mass × acceleration

=2 × 5 = 10N Answer

Nd we know that mass of body is independent of Gravity

=> mass of body at ( g = 5 m/s²) = 2kg Answer

Hope it helps ..

Explanation:

Weight is force by which gravity is pulling you towards itself .

Mass is constant which means it is same

weight is dependent on Mass and acceleration

Now

weight 20N

20= Mass * gravity

20 = Mass * 10

Mass = 2 kg

weight and Mass at place where gravitational force is 5

Mass will be same 2kg

weight = 2 * g.f

weight =2*5

weight= 10N

Another way

Weight is dependent on Mass and g.f

Mass is constant

W=K*g.f

g.f is directly proportional to weight

g.f is decreased by half

so weight will decrease by half

20/2=10
