=> ( 30 / 100 ) × x

=> ( 3 / 10 ) x.

But , it is mentioned in the question that there are only 120 teachers in the school .

Hence , the following conclusion can be drawn -

( 3 / 10 ) x = 120

=> 3x / 10 = 120

=> 3x = 1200

=> x = 400

Hence the total number of employees in the school is 400.
