Hey mate.
Here is your answer-

The physical state of that substance 'a' is liquid which can take any shape of container in which it is poured.

It happens because there is little gap between atoms of a liquid thing.So it get into any desirable shape.

Example- Goldsmiths use this property of liquids to give any shape to the gold.For this they melt gold by burning it high temperature so that it becomes liquidy and then poured to the different shaped containers and freezed them.After some time,the gold will turn to that shape.
