Area of a quadrilateral ABCD = 1/2 x AC x (Sum of the lengths of the perpendicluars on AC)

Area of the quadrilateral = 325 cm2
Length of one of the perpendicular = 14 cm
Length of AC = 25 cm
Let the length of the other perpendicular be 'x' cm

325 = 25/2 (14 + x)
650 = 25 (14 + x)
14 + x = 26

or x = 12
