Then, According to Question

x + y = 1200

5x + 3y = 5800

=> 2x + 3x + 3y = 5800

=> 2x + 3( x + y ) = 5800

=> 2x + 3600 = 5800

=> x = 1100

=> y = 100

Therefore, The cost of 1 Chair if 1200 & of 1 Table if 100.
