\sf\large\underline{Given:}

\tt{\implies Dimensions\:_{(chalk\:box)}=10cm\:,8cm\:,6cm}

\tt{\implies Side\:_{(Cube\:chalk)}=3cm}

\sf\large\underline{To\: Find:}

\tt{\implies Number\:_{(Cube\:chalk)}=?}

\sf\large\underline{Solution:}

  • At first calculate the volume of chalk Box and cube chalk than dividing the volume of chalk Box by chalk cube to calculate the number of chalk cube]

\tt{\implies Volume\:_{(chalk\:box)}=l*b*h}

\tt{\implies Volume\:_{(chalk\:box)}=10*8*6}

\tt{\implies Volume\:_{(chalk\:box)}=480cm^3}

\tt{\implies Volume\:_{(cube\:chalk)}=S^3}

\tt{\implies Volume\:_{(cube\:chalk)}=3^3}

\tt{\implies Volume\:_{(cube\:chalk)}=27}

  • Now calculate the number of cube chalk to carry easily with the help chalk Box (how much)

\tt{\implies Number\:_{(Cube\:chalk)}=\dfrac{V\:_{chalk\:box)}}{V\:_{cube\: chalk}}}

\tt{\implies Number\:_{(Cube\:chalk)}=\dfrac{480}{27}}

\tt{\implies Number\:_{(Cube\:chalk)}=17}

  • Note here by dividing 480/27 we get quotient as 17 and remainder 21, so, quotient is no of cube chalk and remainder is chalk (21) which is not possible to compress in the chalk Box]

\rm{\underbrace{Answer:(17)}}

GIVEN :-

A chalk box have length 10cm , breath 8cm and height 6 cm .

•The chalk cube have side 3 cm .

TO FIND :-

• The number of chalk cube to carry with chalk box .

SOLUTION :-

We know that,

=> Volume of chalk box = length × breath × height .

=> Volume of chalk box =(10 × 8 × 6)cm³

=> Volume of chalk box = 480cm³ .

We know that,

=> Volume of chalk cube = s³

=> Volume of chalk cube = 3³

=> Volume of chalk cube = 27cm³.

Now, we have to find the number of chalk cube to carry with chalk box .

=> Number of chalk cube to carry with chalk box = Volume of chalk box / Volume of chalk cube .

=> Number of chalk cube to carry with chalk box = 480 cm³ / 27 cm³ .

=> Number of chalk cube to carry with chalk box = 17 .

Thus, Number of chalk cube to carry with chalk box is 17 .
