Answer:

As charge given is 24 mC and the radius of the sphere is 0.2m. Then potential(V) at the surface will be same as that of the radius of the sphere.

V= kq/r ( here r will be the radius of the sphere).

Hence putting the values of k, q and r we will get.

V= 9 x 10^9 * 24 * 10^-6/0.2.

V = 108 * 10^4 V.

And the electric potential at the center of hollow sphere is always 0.
