electric Potential due to charge q is given by, V=\frac{kq}{r}

where r is the minimum seperation between point of observation to the charge.

a/c to question,

we have to find electric potential at point P which is diagonally opposite to the charge.

so, r = √3l, where l is side Length of cube.

r = √3 × 9cm = 9√3 × 10^-2 m and q = -3C

so, V = 9 × 10^9 × (-3)/(9√3 × 10^-2)

= -√3 × 10¹¹ volts.

hence, answer is -√3 × 10¹¹ volts.
