A charge Q is placed at O in the cavity in a spherical uncharged conductor. A point P is outside the conductor. If Q is displaced from O away point P but remaining inside the cavity, then  there will be No change in the electric field at P .

The electric field at point P will not change.

The reason is that there isn't any electric field due to inner charges.

For the point P, the charge at outer surface is same but for the inner surface it is equal to zero.
