A charge Q is uniformly distributed over a large plastic plate. The electric field at point P close to center of plate is 10V/m. If the plastic plate is replaced by copper plate of the same geometric dimension and carrying the same charge Q, the electric field at that point will be​

Explanation: The electric field still stays 10V/m.

Though the charge gets equally distributed on both the surfaces of the copper plate the contribution doubles from each copper surface. Hence the electric field doesn't change when compared with plastic plate
