The work done in bringing a test charge Q from its Centre to surface is zero.

as the charge on the surface is equal at all points then it is called as a equipotential surface

The electric field in side the shell is zero.

the work done in bringing a charge from one point to another  is equal to the potential difference between the two points .

potential difference = total work done/ total charge

V=W/Q

w = F * D

by  coulombs law,

F is equal to

k= 1/ 4π∈°

F= k q1q2/ r²

hence using above the q2 inside the sphere is zero so f is zero hence the work done in bringing the charge from Centre to the surface is zero.
