the charge of one electron is 1.6×10 to the power -19 coulombs
it has lost 1000 electrons so amont of charge gained by the body by losing the electrons is

1.6× 10^-19 × 10^3 = 1.6×10^-16 coulombs
i hope it is the answer :)
