Q=ne

where Q = charge

n = no. of electrons

e = charge on 1 electron

e =  - 1.6 \times  {10}^{ - 19} coulomb

charge = 4000 \times 1.6 \times  {10}^{ - 19}

charge =  6400 \times  {10}^{ - 19}

charge = 6.4 \times  {10}^{ - 16}

nature of charge will be negative as electron has negative charge
