A charged rod R is attracted by another charged rod P, whereas charged rod Q shows repulsion with rod P. What would be the nature of force between Q and R?

As we know that for attraction between two charges, the rod must be of different charges. Thereby assume that rod P has positive charge and rod R has negative charges. Now for P which we have taken as positive is repelling rod Q. therefore for the repulsion, charges must be similar.
