a cheetah can acclerate from rest at the rate of 4m/s^-2.
(a)what will be the velocity attained by it in 10s.
(b)how far will it travel in this duration?

Solution:-
Initial velocity=0(as he start from rest)
Acceleration=4m/s^2
Now,
a) Velocity attained in 10s =
 =  > v = u + at \\  =  > v = 0 + 4 \times 10 \\  =  > v = 40
B)How far he will travel in this duration=
 =  >  {v}^{2}  =  {u}^{2}  + 2as \\  =  >  {(40)}^{2}  =  {(0)}^{2}  + 2 \times 4 \times s \\  =  > 1600 = 0 + 8s \\  =  > s =  \frac{1600}{8}
 =  > s = 200m
