Speed = 180 km/h

Convert km to m:

1 hour = 180 km

1 hour = 180 x 1000 = 180,000 m

Find 1 m:

180,000 m = 1 hour

180,000 m = 60 m

180,000 m = 3600 s

1 m = 3600 ÷ 180,000

1 m =  0.02 s

Find 400 m:

1 m = 0.02 s

400 m = 0.02 x 400

400 m = 8 sec

Answer: (b) 8s

Speed is 180 km/hr it will be in form of m/s = 180 × 5

Therefore it denotes 18 = 10 × 5 = 50m/s

Distance 400 m cover in 400/50 = 8 second

110 km/h = 30.555555555556 m/s

30.555555555555556 m/s x 30 secs = 916.66666667 m

110 km/h=1.83333333 km/m

1.833333333333333 km/m x .5 minutes = 0.91666666667 km
