Use v=u+at for final velocity just see this:-
v=u+at
=0+0.5×10
=5m/s
Use s=ut+1/2at^2 for distance travelled see below:-
s=ut+1/2at^2
=0×10+1/2×0.5×10^2
=0+1/2×0.5×100
=0.5×50
=25m
