A Chemical compound sodium sulphate reacts with a chemical x and after reaction to the product include a chemical compounds Y with white ppt which is insoluble in water and second product formed is sodium chloride.
a.Identify the compound X and Y
b.write down the chemical reaction for the chemical reaction involved.

(a) X – BaCl2 ( Barium Chloride )
Y – BaSO4 ( Barium Sulphate )

(b) Na2SO4 + BaCl2 ——> BaSO4 + 2NaCl
