a child changes into an adult as he grow. Is this metamorphosis. ? explain

no it is not

The term metamorphosis is not used for human development. Metamorphosis is the change of shape during animal life. For example, in case of frog the tadpole metamorphoses into an adult frog where the change in shape takes place. In case of humans, after birth, there is no change in shape but size changes, hence metamorphosis is not the right term to use in case of humans

keerthich: i am so sorry. humans change is called as metamorphosis because in metamorphosis at last the baby resembles as there parents and we humans also resemblles as our parents after our growth. do humans do go under metamorphosis
