Step-by-step explanation:

sample space (S) = { A,B,C,D,E,F}

n(s) = 6

(I) Event A : Sample space (A) = {a,e}

n(A) = 2

P(A)= n(A)/n(s)

= 2/6

= 1/3

(ii) Event B :. Sample space (B) = {B,C,D,F}

n(B) = 4

P(B)=n(B)/n(s)

=4/6

=2/3
