let x be the 25 paise
let y be the 50 paise

x + y = 94

.25x + .50y = 29.75

x = 95 - y
.25(95 - y) + .50y = 29.75
23.75 - .25y + .50y = 29.75
.25y = 29.75 - 23.75
.25y = 6
y = 6/.25
y = 24

x = 94 - y
x = 94 - 24
x = 70
