Area of the square = 60 * 60 = 3600 cm square

We will get required area by subtracting area of 4 quadrant and the central circle from the area of the square

Area of the remaining sheet = 3600 - π(21/2)2 - 4* π/4*(17.5)2

= 3600 - π(441/4 + 1225/4)

= 3600 - 22/7 * 1666/4

= 3600 - 1309

= 2291 cm square.
