each item is atleast Rs.4
so,
pencil+ruler+pen=15
5+4+6=15 (according to decreasing order)
so,ruler is Rs.4
10 rulers cost Rs.40
each pencil cost Rs.5
so,we can get 8 pencils with Rs.40
