If a child have blood group "O" then both mother and father should have one allele as O bcz O is recessive character in the blood and if the blood group is O then it means that the blood group should be homozygous. So, the father having one allele as 'B' should have one allele of 'O'.
So, the answer of this question will be (2) option i.e. iOiB.
