Now AOB is an isosceles triangle.

Therefore, angle OAB=angle OBA.

Therefore angle OAB =(180-120) /2=30°

Now from O draw a line perpendicular to AB which cut AB at D.

Now AD= AO cos 30= 14 cos30 = 2.15 cm.

Therefore length of the cord 2×2.15=4.3cm.
