Area of segment is = area of sector - area of triangle
=
 \alpha  \div 360 \times \pi \times r {}^{2}  - (1 \div 2 \times b \times h)
 = 120 \div 360 \times \pi \times 14 {}^{2}  - 1 \div 2 \times \\ b \times h
