Momentum earlier =

 = mass \:  \times velocity

 = 0.1 \:  \times  \: 30 = 3 \: kg \: m {s}^{ - 2}

Momentum after =

 = mass \:  \times  \: velocity

 = 0.1 \:  \times  \: 20 = 2 \: kg \: m {s}^{ - 2}

Therefore, change in momentum = 3 - 2 = 1
